Blackstone has taken an interest in Elanco's future royalties and has recently made several strategic acquisitions, including entering into an agreement with TaskUs to take them private and acquiring a $5.65B deal by purchasing America's largest Marina Operator. Questions have been raised over the companies financials despite generally positive first-quarter earning reports and expectations of growth. Lastly, BX is not exempt from market speculation, with talks of their involvement with NVIDIA for ‘A Data Center Reality Check’ and rumoured interest in procuring a minor stake in TikTok's US business.
