From a series of investment activities, Cintas Corporation ($CTAS) has seen great movement in its shares, both acquisitions and divestment from various organizations. Police & Firemen's Retirement System of New Jersey and Los Angeles Capital Management LLC significantly increased their stake in Cintas. Many others including Impax Asset Management Group plc and PNC Financial Services Group Inc. have reduced their stock position.
There was also a reshuffle of ratings with Bernstein initiating coverage of Cintas with a 'Market Perform.' Their evaluation was later affirmed by Rothschild & Co. Redburn, upgrading the corporation to 'Neutral' on valuation while maintaining emphasis on the company's steady growth and sturdy margins.
The company's earnings topped estimates and it set to issue a quarterly dividend of $0.45. Very recently, Cintas announced the results of its 2025 Annual Share and highlighted an upgraded buyback and dividend plan could reshape its capital return outlook.
