Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) has been in the news lately for numerous reasons. It announced an
antitrust settlement with
Juniper Networks, which has attracted the attention of senators who are looking into the fairness and legality of the deal. The company's continual
innovative focus alongside a stable dividend is being lauded. The acquisition of
Juniper Networks was recently approved by the White House as it was seen not detrimental to national security. Several Wall Street Analysts have lifted the target price for HPE’s stocks. HPE has also been chosen by
Subaru for its AI-powered Safety Enhancements. HPE is moving forward with Juniper acquisition worth
$14-Billion and with it, it has been added to the
JPMorgan Focus List.
Citigroup has initiated coverage of HPE stocks, citing as 'BUY’ post-merger. HPE has shown positive revenue trends in International markets and has also ramped up networking, automation, and observability at ‘Discover 2025’.
Jim Cramer, however, expressed his concerns over HPE saying it was a bit of a 'penalty box stock.'
