Honeywell International Inc. (HON) has been the subject of numerous market activities. UBS has reiterated its 'Buy' rating on HON with a $268 price target which was later raised to $271.00. There have been a series of mixed-share transaction developments, some investment management companies such as 111 Capital, Tower View Wealth Management, Pure Financial Advisors, and others, have been increasing their holdings. However, some stakeholders like Corandum Group, Ameritas Advisory Services, Greenwood Capital Associates, and many others have all reduced their stake. Furthermore, Wallington Asset Management has a whopping $20.23 million worth of HON shares. HON posted strong Q2 earnings and has made advancements in Aerospace and Quantum Tech which includes a recent $600 million equity capital raise for its quantum subsidiary, Quantinuum, that led it to a $10B valuation. Interestingly, HON is heavily dominated by institutional owners who hold 78% of the company's shares. The company has also announced a 5% increase in its dividend rate. In terms of corporate activities, HON is carrying out a spin-off of its Advanced Materials business and also successfully shed legacy asbestos liabilities. However, thereβs concern as HON insiders sold US$1.5m of stock, possibly signalling caution. Honeywell International Inc has announced it would pay a larger dividend, and analysts had predicted Honeywell International stock will climb.
