Analysts are suggesting caution on
Tesla TSLA despite the company's recent advancements and news.
Goldman Sachs appears not yet fully convinced about the viability of Tesla's Robotaxi, as the company's stock trades down. Despite this, an AI Analyst predicts a more substantial upside for Tesla than Wall Street. A close confidant to Elon Musk,
Afshar, has left the company causing some concerns. There are rumored internal changes as the head of manufacturing got ousted. Furthermore, Tesla has reported a decrease in European sales for five consecutive months, although they did successfully make their first fully autonomous delivery. Amidst all these, Tesla's U.S. Robotaxi Launch has been described as a new catalyst for Tesla's stock growth. On a less positive note, the company is also facing a lawsuit related to a fatal crash set for trial in July. However, Tesla has also launched a driverless Taxi service in Austin, and Elon Musk has reported that the first Tesla drove itself from the factory to the customer. Despite Musk's ambitious vision and innovations, there's obvious concern about the company's financial performance and regulatory concerns.
