V Square Quantitative Management LLC, Balyasny Asset Management L.P., and Capital Fund Management S.A. have initiated a new position in Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (WTW), while Gillson Capital LP solidifies its position as the 2nd largest holder. However, Gabelli Funds LLC has started to diversify by selling 400 WTW shares. Several corporations have increased stake in WTW, including CIBC Private Wealth Group LLC and Crossmark Global Holdings Inc, but Allianz Asset Management GmbH showed a decrease. Insiders from WTW decided to capitalize, selling stocks worth approximately $4.3m suggesting potential weakness but also, WTW has announced it will increase dividends to $0.88. WTW has shown strong financials for Q4 of FY2023 making investors quite bullish on the stock. The company has also elected three new Board Directors. Taiwan has stamped its approval on the Aon-WTW merger, and there are expectations of a rise in US Wages at the fastest pace in 15 years in 2023. Lastly, WTW is set to acquire the remaining 51% of shares in WTW India.
