17% decline in share price, along with being downgraded by JP Morgan. However, long-term predictions suggest that UDR Inc. stock will maintain momentum up to 2025. The company has also announced several changes in key positions, including the
resignation of UDR's president and chief investment officer, along with the appointment of a new CFO. It was also disclosed that UDR had a one-off gain that raised questions about earnings quality as margins slipped. Despite some mixed outlooks, the company is seen as
