Start of the day: the 90-second preparation
A 90-second ritual to prepare for the start of your day: breathe with a coach, rehearse the moment in your mind, and set an anchor you can recall on the spot.
1 · Arrive — 30 seconds
Breathe with Furora using the Vagus HRV Max pattern: Inhale 5s · exhale 5s. The coach video and the music follow every inhale and exhale, so you do not have to count.
2 · Rehearse — 45 seconds
- Picture the start of your day. The first light, the first glass of water.
- Name the one thing that matters most today.
- See yourself doing it — early, before the noise starts.
- Something goes wrong. You smile, exhale, and adjust.
- See tonight: you close the day knowing you moved forward.
3 · Anchor — 15 seconds
Stretch both arms overhead. Say quietly: “Today.” In the real moment, repeat the gesture and one long exhale to recall the prepared state.
Afterwards — the check-in
AHΞHA asks you later how it went: worse, as expected, or better. Your answers build your personal proof record.
Why mental rehearsal
Athletes, surgeons and musicians have used imagery for decades: vividly imagining an action engages many of the same brain networks as doing it, and slow exhales shift the body toward its calming (parasympathetic) branch. AHΞHA packs both into one short, repeatable ritual. It is a preparation tool, not a medical treatment.
